Your career profile.
Built once. Yours forever.

Verified skills instead of a CV you rewrite every time. Real results back after every application, whether you get the job or not. And the specific skills to add before the next one.

We will never charge you to retake a test, re-record an answer, or finish a question the timer cut off.

Career GPS is a free competency profile for job seekers in Vietnam. It records the skills you demonstrate in quizzes, practice interviews and employer assessments, stays with you between jobs, and returns your own results after every application — hired or not — along with a short learning path for the skills a role asked for. Candidates are never charged.

Every number here is measured inside the product and published quarterly on our transparency page.

You applied. Then nothing happened.

You wrote the CV again. You answered the questions. You did the test. And then, for most of those applications, silence — no result, no reason, nothing to show for the hours you put in.

Everything you demonstrated in that process was real, and it was about you. It just went into a company’s system and stayed there. That is the part we changed.

Competency profile

Built from assessments, interviews and real results. It shows what you demonstrated, not what you wrote about yourself.

Skill quizzes

Short sets by skill area, with the answer and the explanation immediately after each one.

Practice interviews

Answer real questions for the role you want, and get notes on how you structured the answer.

Simulated workday

Handle a realistic day in the role: the emails, the priorities, the thing that is late. Nothing else on the market does this.

Job matching

Roles matched against what you can actually do, not against keywords in a CV.

Application tracking

See exactly which stage each application is at, and when it changes.

Learning paths

The specific skills a role asked for that you do not have yet, and a route to them.

CV builder

Generated from the profile you have already built. You edit the wording, not the whole thing.

There is no upgrade button anywhere in this product. There is nothing to upgrade to.

The core of it

A CV says what you claim. This shows what you did.

Every quiz you take, every practice interview, every assessment a company sends you — the results come back into one profile that belongs to you. It gets more accurate every time you use it.

When you apply somewhere, the company sees evidence instead of adjectives. When you do not get that job, the evidence stays with you and goes to the next one.

And it does not stop when you are hired. The profile keeps updating while you are in the job, so the next time you are looking, you are not starting from a blank page again.

Practice as much as you want. None of it is scored.

Everything in this area is separate from any real assessment. Nobody sees it but you.

This area is walled off from real assessments.

Practice results are never added to your competency profile, never sent to any employer, and never counted toward any application. Repeat anything as many times as you like. Delete the history whenever you want.

The company selected another profile for this role. Your competency profile is unchanged and continues to be used for other roles.

This role asked for skills you could add next: Internal communications, Event management

See the learning path

When a company chooses someone else.

You will be told. Plainly, in ordinary words, and quickly — not left to work it out from silence.

You will get your own results back: what you demonstrated, and the specific skills this role asked for that you have not shown yet. Not a reason for the decision, not a ranking against other people, not anyone’s private notes. Those are not yours, and they are not useful to you.

Then that evidence goes to the next application. Which is the entire point — the work you did does not belong to the company that did not hire you.

Your results are yours to keep. They are not anyone’s verdict on you.

What to do next

Three skills away, not three thousand courses.

When a role asks for something you have not shown yet, you get the list — the actual skills, named, from the actual job description. Then a short route to each one.

Not a catalogue to browse. A path with an end, tied to a role you already want.

  • Built from the role’s real requirements
  • Short courses, in order
  • Verified back into your profile when you finish

Nobody sees your profile unless you say so.

Applying to a company shares your profile with that company. Nothing more happens by default. If you want other employers to be able to find you, that is a separate switch you turn on yourself.

Let other companies see my profile when a role fits

When this is on, employers hiring for roles that match your verified skills can find you. They see your competency profile. They never see your contact details until you respond.

Off by default. Change it any time, in one click, from your settings.

Delete everything, any time.

One click from settings. No email, no form, no retention offer.

Your results are not sold.

Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

You can export it.

Take your whole profile with you whenever you want.

Five things we will not do.

Some of these would make us money. We are publishing them anyway, because a platform that quietly sells advantages to anxious people is not worth using.

We will never charge you to retake a test or redo an answer.

Not to re-record a response, not to finish a question the timer cut off, not for any second attempt at anything. If a competitor offers you that, understand what it means: the people who paid submitted a fuller answer than the people who did not.

No money you spend will ever affect your ranking or your score.

There is nothing for you to spend money on here, and if that ever changes, this line still holds.

Your competency score belongs to you, not to any employer.

It goes with you to every opportunity after this one, including the ones that are not theirs.

You will never be shown ranked against other applicants.

You will see how you compare to what the role asks for. That is a measurement you can act on. The other one is not.

You can delete your profile at any moment.

One click. We will not email you to ask why.

The honest answer

So how is this free for you?

Companies use Career GPS to run their hiring. That side of the platform is free too, except for AI usage beyond a monthly allowance — that is where the revenue comes from.

You are not the product being sold. Your profile is not sold to advertisers, your results are not sold to data brokers, and no employer can pay to move you up or down a list.

Career GPS is part of Tanca, which has run HR, attendance and payroll systems in Vietnam for eight years. That is the business underneath this one, and it is why nothing here needs to be paid for by you.

If we ever build something optional for candidates, it will be something that does not touch your score, your ranking or your results. That is a line we have published, and it is in the promises section above.

No payment screen exists.

Not hidden, not later — the candidate product has no checkout in it.

No trial clock.

Nothing switches off after thirty days.

No ads.

Your profile is not used to target you with anything.

And yes, there is a CV builder.

Your profile already contains your skills, your certificates and your assessment results, so the CV comes out filled in. You choose a template, adjust the wording, and download it. All three templates are machine-readable — one column, no tables, no background images.

Questions people actually ask.

Is it actually free, or is there a paid version later?

Actually free. There is no checkout anywhere in the candidate product, no trial period, and no feature waiting behind a payment. The business is funded by the employer side.

Can employers see my practice results?

No. Practice is walled off completely — not added to your profile, not sent to anyone, not counted toward any application. You can delete the history yourself.

Will I find out why I did not get a job?

You will find out that the company chose another profile, and you will get your own assessment results and the skills the role asked for that you have not shown yet. You will not get the company’s reasoning or their internal notes — those belong to them, and they would not help you.

Can I see how I compare to other applicants?

No, and that is deliberate. You will see how you compare to what the role asks for, which is something you can act on. A ranking against strangers is not.

Who can see my profile?

The companies you apply to. Nobody else, unless you turn on the switch that lets other employers find you — which is off unless you turn it on.

What happens to my profile after I get a job?

It stays yours and keeps updating. That is the point. The next time you are looking, you are not starting over.

Can I delete everything?

Yes, in one click from settings, at any time, without explaining why.

Does the AI decide whether I get hired?

No. It compares what you demonstrated against what the role asks for, and it shows its working. A person makes every decision.

Start with one quiz. Ten minutes.

You will have the beginning of a profile before you have finished your coffee — and it is yours from that moment, whatever happens next.
