The numbers, on a schedule.
Aggregate figures about how the platform behaves, published quarterly whether they’re flattering or not.
What the first report will contain
The first report publishes in Q4 2026.
We’d rather commit to a date and a metric list in advance than publish a first report chosen to look good. Here’s what will be in it.
- Share of candidates who received their results backOf evaluations completed, the proportion where the candidate received a results message within 72 hours.
- Share of AI evaluations released only after the human panel submittedEvaluations where the hiring panel had submitted their assessment before seeing the AI report.
- Share of candidates who requested a human and got oneOf candidates who triggered the human-review request, the proportion who received a human response.
- Median time from application to first responseMedian time from submission to first contact, with automated acknowledgements excluded.
- Profile deletion requests, and median time to completeCount of deletion requests received and the median hours from request to confirmed deletion.
- Consent withdrawals honouredCount of consent withdrawal requests and the proportion completed within 24 hours.
Committing to the metric list before the first report is the whole credibility of this page. A metric list published afterwards is a metric list chosen for its results.
