- Pricing
There is one price on this page.
Most companies never pay it.
The applicant tracking system, the talent pool, the assessments, the reports and every user account are free with no limit and no expiry. Three AI features run on compute we pay for by the minute, so they come with a monthly allowance. Past that allowance you can buy credits — and that’s the entire commercial relationship.

Free forever means free forever. Here is the complete list.
No feature is held back for a paid tier, because there is no paid tier.
There is no upgrade button in this product. There is nothing to upgrade to.
So you can work out whether the allowance covers you.
The commonest reason a usage allowance feels risky is that nobody explains what consumes it.
AI Score
- Scoring 40 applicants for one role uses 40
- Re-scoring after an assessment arrives uses 1 more [CONFIRM]
AI Interview
- A candidate who ends the interview early doesn’t count [CONFIRM]
- Reviewing a completed interview is free, forever
AI Agents
- Publishing one role to six channels is 1 run, not 6
- Reminders about a probation deadline never count [CONFIRM]
Running out pauses work. It never takes anything away.
Usage-based products usually make this vague, because vagueness makes people top up early. Here is exactly what stops and what doesn’t.
Nothing is deleted, locked, downgraded or held.
There is no state in this product where your data becomes inaccessible because of usage. If you never buy a single credit, everything you built keeps working for as long as you use Career GPS.
Set a monthly ceiling, and it holds.
The reason usage-based pricing gets a bad reputation isn’t the rate. It’s the invoice nobody expected, arriving after the money was already spent. That has killed larger products than this one in this market.
So the cap comes first. Set a monthly maximum in your settings and the system will not exceed it — AI runs pause when you reach it, and you’re told before you get there, not after.
The cap is yours to change at any moment, and changing it takes effect immediately rather than next billing period.
- A hard ceiling, not a warning threshold
- Notified at 50%, 80% and 100% [CONFIRM]
- Changeable any time
AI runs pause at the cap. Nothing else is affected.

Work out whether you’d ever buy a credit.
Enter your hiring volume. Most operations don’t reach the allowance, and it’s better that you find that out here than assume the opposite.
Estimates from your inputs. Your real consumption appears in your account from the first week.
Buy ahead, pay less.
If you know your hiring is seasonal — a peak before Tết, a store opening, a new production line — you can buy credits in advance at a lower rate than buying them in the moment.
It suits both sides. You get a predictable number instead of a variable one, and we get a cash position that doesn’t depend on when your hiring happens.
Prepaid credits sit alongside your monthly allowance. The allowance is used first, and prepaid credits only start being consumed once it’s gone. [CONFIRM the consumption order]
- Allowance used first, always
- No expiry [CONFIRM]
- Refundable within [CONFIRM] days
Nothing on the candidate side has a price.
Not to take an assessment, not to retake one, not to re-record an interview answer, not to finish a question a timer cut off, and not to see their own results. There is no payment screen anywhere in the candidate product.
This is a published commitment rather than a current pricing decision, because the common business model in this category is exactly the opposite — give the software to employers and sell the candidates small things at the worst moment of their week.
It also protects your data. When candidates can pay for a second attempt, the ones who paid submit a fuller answer set than the ones who didn’t, and every score on the platform stops being comparable.
If you need a contract, that needs a conversation.
Everything above is self-serve and priced on this page. A small number of organisations need things that come with contractual commitments rather than a price — and those need a discussion, not because the cost is secret, but because the terms are negotiated.

Everything else on this page stays exactly the same under an enterprise agreement, including the free system and the allowances.
So how does this work as a business?
The hiring system costs us very little to run for one more company and a great deal to build. Building it once and giving it away is how we get to serve five thousand more.
The three AI features cost real money per use, so they’re the ones with an allowance and a credit price. That’s the whole revenue mechanism you interact with directly.
Career GPS is part of Tanca, which has run HR, attendance and payroll systems in Vietnam for eight years. That’s the business underneath this one.
You are not the product. Your candidate data isn’t sold, your hiring data isn’t sold, and no employer can pay to change anyone’s position in anyone’s list.
Questions about what things cost.
Is the applicant tracking system really free?
Yes. Unlimited roles, CVs, users and time, with no expiry and no card required. The three AI features are the only metered things.
What counts against the allowance?
AI Score, AI Interview and agent runs. AI Screen, which reads and structures every incoming CV, does not count against any allowance.
What happens when we run out?
New AI runs pause. Everything you already have keeps working, and nothing is deleted or locked.
Do we have to buy credits?
No. Plenty of companies never reach the allowance. The estimator above will tell you whether you’re likely to.
Do credits expire?
No. [CONFIRM with team before launch]
Can we cap what we spend?
Yes, a monthly maximum you set in your account settings. AI runs pause at the cap and you’re notified before you reach it.
Is there a minimum purchase?
No, and no subscription.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add everyone on your team with no additional cost.
Do candidates ever pay anything?
Never, for anything. Not to take an assessment, not to re-record an answer, not to see their own results.
What’s the enterprise arrangement?
White-label, single sign-on, a contractual SLA and compliance reporting. It needs a contract, so it needs a conversation — not because the cost is secret, but because the terms are negotiated.
Will the price change?
If credit prices change, existing prepaid credits keep the rate you bought them at. [CONFIRM with team before launch]
Is there a trial?
No, because there’s nothing to trial. The product is free; you use it.
Start without deciding anything.
No card, no plan to choose, no trial clock. If you never buy a credit, nothing about that is a problem.
